Our relationship with Vivenu


We use Vivenu as a ticketing platform.  Some personal information you submit is shared with Vivenu and third parties and may be processed in countries other than where you live.

Targeted advertising & opt-out rights

Under California’s “Shine The Light” law (California Civil Code § 1798.983)), California residents may request a list of certain third parties to which we have disclosed personal information about you for their own direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. If you are located outside the United States when visiting Whooster’s online and mobile resources, be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and/or our service providers and partners in the United States. By using the Services or otherwise providing us with any personal information, you consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your personal information in the United States, which privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.
